Shipping policy
General Shipping Terms
- Processing: Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, at weekends or on public holidays will be processed from the next business day.
- Delivery: Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin from dispatch.
- Delayed or Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@grafterandhue.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate it for you.
- Incorrect Addresses: Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we may charge the reasonable cost of re-delivery.
